WEEK 1 — STRATEGIC SESSION
A focused 2-hour working session. We review what has happened since last month, address what is stuck, and set priorities for the weeks ahead.
WEEK 2 & 3 — IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
Available for questions, decisions, and direction as your team implements. You don't wait until next month to get unstuck.
WEEK 4 — REVIEW & PLANNING
We review what moved, what didn't, and why. We adjust the plan. We prepare for the next month.

DO I NEED TO HAVE DONE THE STRATEGIC CONSULTATION FIRST?
Yes. The Strategic Consultation is the prerequisite for PM 1:1.
HOW MUCH OF MY TIME DOES THIS REQUIRE?
Approximately 2–3 hours per month for our sessions, plus time to implement with your team between sessions.
IS THIS ONLINE OR IN PERSON?
Primarily online. For clients based in Dubai, in-person sessions can be arranged. For international clients, all work is conducted via Zoom.
WHAT LANGUAGE ARE THE SESSIONS IN?
English. Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, or Italian available upon request.
HOW MANY PM CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH AT ONE TIME?
A small number — intentionally. This is senior-level, embedded work. It requires real availability, not a waiting list.
